The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations of the financial branch.  They are responsible for managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and operational goals while adhering to bank policies and industry regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Capability to inspire teams and solve problems
  • Excellent math skills including data analysis
  • Superb communication skills for staff and customer interaction
  • Proficient computer skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines simultaneously

 

Preferred but not required:

  • 3+ years of retail banking or business development
  • Previous management or leadership experience
