Assistance for Customers Impacted by the COVID-19 Virus Situation

We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.

We want you to know that each department within our bank is staffed and fully operational.   We have only closed the lobby from regular foot traffic to help ensure the health of our staff by limiting possible exposure.

We strongly encourage you to use Merchants & Farmers digital tools and other resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. You can access your accounts online or by using the M & F Bank app at your convenience. From there you can make payments, view transactions, check balances, deposit a check, and more. It’s easier and faster (in most cases) to manage your account digitally, rather than waiting in the drive-thru lanes.

We also understand that there may be instances where customers find themselves facing financial difficulties. We are here to help, and we encourage our customers who may be adversely impacted or need assistance to reach out to discuss and find a solution for you. 

  • If needing a loan or assistance with an existing loan.
  • If you need help setting up online banking, bill pay or mobile banking/deposit.
  • If you need assistance in opening a new account.
  • If you need access to your safe deposit box, please call to set up an appointment.
